The all-new Kia Tasman might be fresh to market, but aftermarket manufacturers are already gearing up to support it with upgraded suspension systems. As the leaf-sprung Tasman gains traction with off-roaders, tradies and tourers, suspension upgrades will be a key area of early modification.
In the coming months, we can expect to see:
- 2-inch (50mm) lift kits and up
- GVM upgrade kits
- Long-travel shocks
- Adjustable load-carrying rear setups
- Comfort-tuned touring kits

Neotech takes the lead in South Korea
Neotech is a respected Korean suspension manufacturer known for its high-performance coilover systems and off-road dampers. The brand has earned a strong reputation primarily through its work with Hyundai N performance models, and also domestically available off-road vehicles such as the KGM Rexton, Chevrolet Colorado, and various Jeep platforms.
Neotech has already released three lift kit options for the Tasman in South Korea and has partnered with Tasman-focused content creator Yunki to showcase their capabilities.
While availability is currently limited to the Korean domestic market, Australian grey importers may soon offer Neotech products locally—or the brand itself may look to expand its presence in Australia via official distribution.
Ironman 4×4
Ironman 4×4 is the first of several established Australian suspension brands expected to support the Kia Tasman. With decades of experience and a strong presence across Australia, the Melbourne-based company is well known for producing durable, off-road-ready suspension systems.
Interestingly, it was Ironman 4×4 Ecuador that partnered directly with Kia to assist in the Tasman’s South American launch—suggesting a close relationship between the two brands and a head start in developing compatible aftermarket solutions.
Tough Dog
Tough Dog, another well-known Australian suspension manufacturer, has already begun R&D on the Kia Tasman. We expect a range of performance shock absorbers, foam cell kits, and adjustable dampers aimed at both recreational off-roaders and commercial users.
Old Many Emu by ARB
Old Man Emu (ARB) is almost certain to release a comprehensive range of suspension upgrades for the Tasman, particularly given ARB’s close collaboration with Kia on factory-backed accessories—including bullbars, canopies, and a tray system.
Other contenders: Dobinsons, Fulcrum
Dobinsons Spring & Suspension, based in Rockhampton, is renowned for its durable, Australian-made suspension systems, and it’s highly likely that the company is already developing Tasman-compatible gear. Their reputation for high-load and long-distance setups makes them a favourite for outback tourers and mining fleets.
Fulcrum Suspension, with their Formula 4×4 and Bilstein-based setups, may also enter the market quickly. Fulcrum’s national distribution network gives them strong appeal for Tasman owners looking to upgrade through retail partners or mechanics.
